βπ 7-Day Easy Replacement Policy: If any manufacturing defect or technical issue is detected within 7 days of receiving your product, we will provide a brand-new replacement at no extra cost. Within this period, the Company will bear the entire courier cost for both returning the product to us and sending the replacement to you.
βπ‘οΈ 3-Month 100% Free Warranty: Every product assembled under our supervision comes with a 3-month (90 days) comprehensive free warranty, starting from the delivery date.
βπ οΈ Free Parts & Labor: If any internal technical or mechanical failure occurs within these 3 months, we will repair the product and replace necessary components (such as motors or internal parts) entirely free of charge.
βπ¨βπ§ Lifetime Paid Support: Our commitment to your product lasts as long as you use it. After the 3-month warranty period expires, you can still send your product to our service center for repairs, where only the actual cost of parts and a minimal service fee will apply.
Service Center Location: Our primary service center is located in Ishwardi, Pabna.
βProcessing Time: Once the product reaches our service center, we require 3 to 7 working days to complete necessary inspections and repairs.
βSafe Packaging Requirement: To prevent transit damage, please pack the product securely using bubble wrap or protective padding in its original box before shipping.
βLogistics Responsibility: For customers outside of Ishwardi, courier costs for sending products for warranty or replacement (after the initial 7-day period) are the responsibility of the customer.

βπ‘οΈ 1. Product Replacement Policy
βTo claim a replacement within the eligible period, the product must be returned undamaged in its original box/packaging along with our stamped and signed visiting card (Cash Memo).
βProducts will not be exchanged or returned due to changes in personal preference, color choice, or change of mind after use.
ββ οΈ 2. Warranty Void Clauses & Resolution
βWarranty Seal: If the security seal is found torn, broken, or tampered with by the customer or an unauthorized third-party mechanic, the warranty will be immediately void.
βAccidental Damage: Damage caused by falling, physical cracks, or ingress of water/liquid is not covered under the free warranty.
βNon-Transferable: Warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser and is non-transferable without prior written consent.
βResolution Policy: If a product is determined to be beyond economic repair due to a natural technical failure, Rex Royal Engineering reserves the right to provide a functional replacement or process a refund. The final decision rests solely with the Company.
βπ¦ 3. Courier, Liability & Timeline
βTransit Liability: The Company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or physical damage during transit via third-party courier services. Customers must ensure secure packaging.
βRepair Timeline: Once received at our Ishwardi service center, we require 3 to 7 working days for repairs and return processing.
βAbandoned Goods: If not claimed within 90 days of repair notice, the product will be considered abandoned, and the Company reserves the right to dispose of it.
βπ 4. Warranty & Logistics Details
βStart Date: The 7-day replacement and 3-month service warranty begin from the delivery date, not the order placement date.
βShipping Costs: Customers outside Ishwardi are responsible for courier costs (both ways) for warranty or replacement claims after the initial 7-day inspection period.
